Barbie World

I would love to live in the universe of the movie Barbie. I would love to live in this universe because everything in the movie looks so dreamy and perfect. When you wake up your bed is already made, your hair is perfect, throughout the entire day you can’t get dirty, your house is always clean, lastly everyone knows you and is friends with you! Imagine waking up in the morning with happy music playing, and everyone is always having a great time. You take a shower and no water comes out of the shower head but you know that is how it is supposed to be. The only way you can get down from your 2nd floor is by floating down to the ground so calmly, so gently, so perfect. Everyone has their job and is the absolute best at it but they have the freedom to be whoever or whatever they want to be and when they decide to be something new they are naturally great at it. When you drink your drink nothing comes out but still tastes so good, when you look in the mirror there isn’t really a mirror its just a frame but you tell yourself you look beautiful (but you don’t really know,) and when your brush your teeth you don’t really brush them, you just do it to feel clean and it really works! Thank you so much for your time on reading my blog and I hope this gave you a good idea on where I would want you to see me in my fantasy world. See you next time on Charlottes Key to the World!

Mouth Watering Meal

The thought of my favorite meal makes my mouth water. The creamy mashed potatoes, saucy tri-tip, juicy corn on the cob, and the flavorful caesar dressing on the the salad. My mouth is watering. First I fill up with some mashed potatoes that my nana makes, then my grandpas tri-tip for the main course followed by the corn on the cob and the caesar salad with tomatoes, croutons, and parmesan cheese. For a drink I will have a cool glass of apple cider and the desert. Oh the desert. I know everything so far has seemed very gourmet but I just have to have a perfect swirl of cookies and cream soft serve from yogurt land. It literally melts in your mouth as you eat it. Writing this blog made me very hungry but I hope to see you next time on Charlottes Key to the World!

RAD READING-September

This month I read a book called Are you their God? It’s me, Margaret by Judy Blume. I recently finished this book and I loved it. Margaret recently moved from New York to the suburbs and is very anxious to figure out a way that will help her fit in with people at her new school. One day a friendly girl named Nancy shows up to Margaret’s house, and offered for her to walk to school with Nancy, and two of her other friends, Gretchen, and Janie the next morning. Margaret ends up walking with them and the four of them become best friends. They create a secret club called the PTS’s and in this club, they swear that they will tell each other everything from first kisses, crushes, and many more feminine accomplishments, but somethings are just too private to talk about even with your best friends, especially when you are the new girl and you don’t know everything about who you are with and you are getting yourself into. Luckily, Margaret always has, and always will have someone to tell everything to. I enjoyed this book a lot because it gave me a good picture on many different perspectives that other teenage girls may have and that helped me consider what I should and shouldn’t ask because sometimes you don’t know what is going on in other peoples lives so you want to make sure that your actions and questions wont affect them in a bad way. My favorite character is Margaret because in one day Margaret went from being the new girl with no friends to having 3 lifelong best friends. I liked this because it showed me that she was determined to find good friends that will care for her and made sure to stay away from the people that she knew how they were and they wouldn’t care about her. For example, a girl named Laura was a brat and thought that she was better and cooler than anyone. Margaret made sure to stay away from her and tried her best not to interact with her. My favorite quote from this story was in the end when Margaret said “Are you still there God? It’s me Margaret. I know you’re there God. I know you wouldn’t have missed this for anything. Thank you God thanks an awful lot….” I liked this quote because after Margaret was mad, frustrated, sad, and lonely she found a way to be thankful for what God did for her.

Life in Luxury

My dream house would be a big modern boho house in Newport Beach. It would be a 4 bed 3 bath with tall ceiling’s throughout the entire structure. I would have the prettiest bright green grass, evergreen shrubs, and magnolia trees with freshly bloomed flowers in my front yard. My garage door would have this beautiful wooden pattern, white washed stone on a section of my house, white clay on another, and white wooden texture on the area around my garage door. My kitchen would probably be my favorite room in the house. I would have these white wooden cabinets with a faint marble countertop. There would be a large island in the middle of the kitchen with a cream colored base. Lastly light wood floors would run through the entire house and I would have a cute and comfy couch in the living room. I hope this gave you a good idea about what kind of house you would see me living in. See you next time on Charlottes Key to the World.

South African Adventurers

If I could travel anywhere on planet Earth I would love to travel to South Africa. I would love to travel to South Africa because I love the scenery, I have always dreamed to go on a safari and spot the big 5, and the beaches there are beautiful with so many animals! The scenery in South Africa can look like a beach covered in African penguins or a savanna with giraffes, zebras, and lions! The animals in the big 5 are the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and African buffalo. I would love to travel to Boulder Beach because it has the prettiest blue waters with the white sand and is the only place in the world that you can still see wild African penguins! I hope you enjoyed reading about my dream vacation to South Africa! See you next time on Charlottes Key to the World.
